My time in Kanaka Kitchen was great, We went over some vocabulary on the name of the the ingredients and tools that we will be using. ALso just having a different look at the food that are locally grown and how we can use it daily life. Todays uala poke was very colorful, smelt amazing, and most importantly tasted ono! Mahalo

Today's lesson was so well put together. We learned some hawaiian vocabulary as well as learning a delicious recipe involving sweet potato, cubed fish, green onion, hay flower and more. They also had personalized aprons which were so cute. I really enjoyed today's class. Tomorrow we will be making laulau.
