Ways to take care of my self is to totally change the ways of using single use plastic water bottles I think I could easily use my flask to drink water. I thought of that because I think its a good start because I adapted to using plastic in my everyday life. Ways I could take care of the land is to malama the aina another way is to try and make this situation global about using plastic. I think its global, but we need to try to make other people understand on how much plastic is affecting the earth. It will be hard because like I said a lot of people adapted to it. One way to take care of ourselves is to be aware of what we put in and on our bodies. We want to make sure we try to put the healthiest foods, water etc.
Also some type of exercise is great, we should always listen to our bodies, if it’s tired we should sleep and so on.
A great way to take of the land is to pick up trash when we see it on the ground. Planting trees, growing our own food. Minimizing our plastic use age.
A great way to take care of our oceans is to pick up all our trash when leaving the beach, recycle what we can do it doesn’t end up in our oceans.…
Ways to take care of myself:
In the grand scheme of things taking care of the land and ocean does reflect on my own wellbeing so to answer that I'd say to try to use less plastic or reuse or recycle more often so my impact doesn't affect everywhere else. Maybe even taking action and making a movement about getting companies to use less plastics to wrap products like how Hannah was saying they did with the ban on plastic bags and take out containers.
Ways to take care of the land:
Beach clean ups? Plant trees? Share awareness with community so the impact could be larger.

Again, beach clean ups...use less plastic.
